gifted Nicole Miller dress | Urban Outfitters jacket | Zara heels
There's something about the holidays that just makes everyone go insane with accessories. I didn't feel the need to throw any jewels on top of this dress and kept it simple with my favorite pair (and most comforable) of Zara heels and a sleek leather sleeved jacket that I bought recently on a whim. The chiffon bottom and side slit makes an otherwise relatively simple dress a little bit fancier and more party-appropriate. Nicole Miller always makes it easy for everyone to style it their own way, so they're giving you a chance to win this very dress to do just that!
For a chance to win a gorgeous Nicole Miller maxi dress of your own, here's what you've gotta do!

I'm going casual on Thanksgiving, pair some simple dark jeans with a nude blouse and adding some black, leather combat boots. But that's not all, I'm adding a riveted leather jacket to add a bit of edge!

Thank you for the giveaway!
For thanksgiving, something casual and cozy. Since I will be spending it at home with the family and stuffing my face full. Ill most likely be wearing an oversized knit jumper and black leggins. As for Christmas, I really love wearing velvet dresses, especially in a wine color or a forest green! Just makes me feel "Christmas-y". Paired with black opaque tights and some platform shoes! As for new years, anything sequin, or metallic: gold or silver. I usually love wearing a long sleeved mini dress. So, a long sleeved sequin mini dress would be my go to NYE party outfit.
amydwill@hotmail.com. I'll probably be wearing comfortable clothes since i'm just hanging with my immediate family!
ReplyDeleteI'm sad to say that for Thanksgiving (even though I'm in Canada and it's not really thanksgiving...), I won't be doing much celebrating or relaxing - I have 4 essays due in the next 2 weeks! For Christmas I am going to London with my entire immediate family (including all of my siblings significant others, so we're a group of 10) and I have been planning what to bring for weeks now. A few dresses, comfy cardigans (there is an amazing one currently at Old Navy called a Fair Isle Cardi that you may want to check out) and my favourite pair of suede booties from Zara. A bit of peplum here, a little lace there... Not to mention new Christmas pyjamas!

I'm gonna grab a burgundy dress and top it with a santa hat, no christmas outift is complete without the key element - Santa!
So glamorous Kristen!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is all sorts of loveliness with the simple black design and flirty sheer bottom. It seems absolutely perfect for the upcoming holiday season. Just picture such black elegance paired with some wild heels and loads of sparkles and jewelry. Pretty? I think so! :)
The way you contrasted the dress with your sporty varsity jacket here is pretty lovely. Pretty and tough combine for a really nice look, especially with the grittiness of New York behind you. Not to mention the fact that the leather sleeves on your jacket are wicked cool!
Thanks so much for giving us a chance to win that gorgeous Nicole Miller dress, Kristen!
I'm following you on Bloglovin' and made sure to follow @NicoleMillerNYC as @ainfinitaire. I hope you got my tweet as well!
Even though I don't have a ton of opportunities to fancy myself up during the holidays, I like the spend the entire time essentially dressed up to the nines. That means wearing crazy updos and having on lots of sequins and sparkle even when I'm just hanging around at home. Call me crazy but I like to be festive during the holidays :) That means bring on all the glitz and glam, along with the cozy sweaters and Santa hats!
For parties, I would absolutely love to be even more dressed up in something simple, elegant, and utterly divine. Perhaps this Nicole Miller dress paired with a fancy hairdo and lots of sparkle? I'll keep my fingers crossed :)
