Today, no one's really thinking about spring especially when it's 30 degrees outside. But flashback to a few days ago when it was 57 and I just couldn't wait to break out my new embellished Zara sandals (that wanted desperately to be Birkenstocks).

Take some fur, shearling - something fuzzy and impossibly warm - and layer it under your denim jacket for a casual look - and here's a plus, no need for a scarf if you've got a foot of shearling hugged around your neck.
