A gardener, a farmer, whatever you wanna call anyone wearing overalls - you can't deny that it's making a comeback. Despite its obvious downfalls (bathroom breaks and such) - it's über comfortable and makes you feel like a kid again, so I'm willing to pay that price.

this is madness, this is new york

Guys, it's 46 degrees and I'm wearing less than 4 layers - an asymmetric skirt from Koshka (very much Helmut Lang inspired, but way more affordable!) that I've been dying to wear for the warmer weather and a collared shirt under a uniquely pea green colored open knit sweater. The lightweight trench is great to throw on anything, the color is classic and the silhouette is just so me. These TSUBO Footwear heels really changed the game for me. They're the most comfortable shoes I own - so far at least - and they're black, which means they're going with everything in my closet.

Yesterday it was snowing, today it's spring. This is madness. This is New York.

Starting off 2013 with another 1 piece, 3 ways series graciously brought to you by the lovely ladies at ShopKoshka. Instead of the LBD, I bring you the LWD - which I think is just as awesome, if not more. It shows your boldness, your courage to brave the elements of breakfast, lunch and dinner and your triumph when at the end of the day, the dress is just as white and clean as it was when the day started.
I wore the dress as a skirt, it's the perfect flimsy crepe material that just works. Wrinkles? They add character.

For those of you who are as obsessed with the shirt as I am, my friend makes different ones, as seen on our Instagrams. Shoot him an email to purchase one!
